CIPP Pressure Pipe Renewal

IPR is capable of fully restoring pressure pipes through the use of the RS Technik pressure CIPP rehabilitation system that features Dow formulated resins. This proprietary application for renewing pressure pipe with cured-in-place pipe has evolved from decades of development and application of RS Technik's CIPP systems.

Meeting and exceeding the industry's standards

IPR CIPP liners meet or exceed the following industry standards for pressured rated cured-in-place pipeline rehabilitation:

  • Pressure pipe classification according to AWWA M28: Class II interactive; Class III semi-structural; Class IV fully-structural
  • ASTM F1216 - Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Inversion and Curing of a Resin- Impregnated Tube
  • ASTM F2019 - Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Pulled In Place Installation of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Cured-in-Place Thermosetting Resin Pipe (CIPP)
  • Drinking water approval according to German DVGW regulation W270 and KTW
