Rob McCrae Chief Executive OfficerUpon joining IPR in 2010, Mr. McCrae already had 30+ years of operations management experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Mr. McCrae has become known for enhancing existing operational procedures, implementing quality assurance programs, improving cost containment, and overseeing individual employee development.
Through this experience, Mr. McCrae has helped IPR successfully introduce new technologies and procedures and trenchless rehabilitation applications to maximize operational effectiveness and performance, reduce overall cost, and increase overall quality. His consistent and professional approach to daily operations, has been recognized by his employees, and instilled a high level of trust from IPR customers.
Prior to working for IPR, Mr. McCrae founded and successfully operated his own construction company for 13 years, and held several executive/operations management positions with some of the nation's leading homebuilders.
Fil Borroni Vice President of Sales & MarketingAs IPR's Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Borroni is focused on solidifying IPR's presence in key markets and growing the business in previously untapped regions throughout the US. While rising through the ranks of IPR, Mr. Borroni quickly developed a high level of cross-functional trenchless rehabilitation knowledge by successfully weaving practical sales strategies into engineering-driven project solutions.
Additionally, Mr. Borroni is charged with mentoring the company's regional business development managers to ensure they become successful liaisons between IPR and the engineering firms, municipalities and other public works officials it serves.
Prior to IPR, Mr. Borroni held a position in home construction sales where he was responsible for overseeing new home development, sales, and quality control.
Mr. Borroni holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
